📦 Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your Order ID and purchase details.
  • If the confirmation email takes some time to arrive, there’s no need to worry — your order is confirmed once the email is delivered.
  • Standard (non-customized) products are processed, quality-checked, packed, and handed over to our courier partners within 5–7 business days.
  • Customized or embroidered orders may take up to 10 business days for processing due to additional detailing and workmanship.

🧵 Customization & Logo Embroidery Policy

If your order includes logo embroidery, name printing, or any customization:

  • Our team will contact you to confirm design details and inform you clearly about any additional charges.
  • No extra cost will be applied without your prior approval.
  • Customized, embroidered, name-printed, or personalized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances, as they are made specifically to order.

🚚 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with tracking details.
  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link or through your customer account (if applicable).

⏳ Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 4–8 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on pincode serviceability, courier partner workload, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

⚠️ Unexpected Delays & RTO (Returned to Origin)

Occasionally, shipments may experience delays due to unforeseen courier, weather, or logistical issues.

In case of RTO (Returned to Origin):

  • The parcel may take 10–15 business days to return to our warehouse.
  • Once received, the order will be re-dispatched to your address.
  • Re-shipped orders may take an additional 7–8 business days for delivery.

📌 Refunds are not applicable in cases of delivery delays or RTO.
