Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Wright Life Hospital Uniform, we value our customers and strive to deliver quality products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • This policy applies only to standard, non-customized products.
  • A minimal logistics/handling fee will be applicable for all return or exchange requests and must be borne by the customer.
  • Once the product is picked up, it will undergo a quality inspection.
  • Returns or exchanges will be processed only after the product passes the quality check.

💸 Refund Deductions (Important)

If a return is approved, the following deductions will be applied:

  • 4% Transaction Fees
  • 5% GST
  • Applicable logistics/handling charges

The remaining amount will be refunded after successful quality inspection.

Incase any approved refund is their it will take 10 days to credit to your original payment method


⚠️ Important Notice

  • Customized, embroidered, name-printed, or personalized products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • These products are specially made as per your requirements and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

🚚 Shipping, RTO & Delay Policy

  • Standard delivery timeline: 3–7 business days (may vary based on courier service).
  • Delays may occur due to courier or logistical issues beyond our control.

In case of RTO (Returned to Origin):

  • It may take 10–15 days for the parcel to reach our warehouse.
  • Once received, the order will be re-shipped.
  • Re-delivery may take an additional 7–8 business days.

⚠️ Refunds will NOT be provided in cases of delivery delay or RTO.
Your order will be delivered — we appreciate your patience.


💳 Prepaid Orders

  • Returns and exchanges are allowed on prepaid orders (except customized items).
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after quality approval.
  • Refund amount will be issued after deducting logistics charges, 4% transaction fees, and 5% GST.

🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only for non-customized products.
  • Customized, embroidered, or personalized products are not eligible for COD.
  • Customized orders must be prepaid using secure online payment methods.

🔁 Return Process

  1. Product is picked up or self-shipped to our warehouse.
  2. Item undergoes quality inspection.
  3. After approval, refund is processed within 5 working days.

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the product.
Refund will be initiated only after the item is received and approved.


🔄 Exchange Process

  • Exchange will be initiated only after the returned item is received and quality-checked.
  • If pickup is unavailable, self-shipping is required.
  • Replacement and Exchanged product will be delivered with in 10 days.
